Keep the Ball Rollin’ is a four person “best ball” golf tournament held annually at Kings Walk Golf Course. All proceeds from the Keep the Ball Rollin’ Golf Tournament will go to the BLC to help support youth sports. The BLC has financially supported many local projects and organizations in the GF community such as youth hockey arenas, baseball complexes, Youth & High School sports, and the Giving Hearts program. Funds raised from this golf tournament will continue to help the BLC support these local projects and organizations. Thank you for your support!
In Honor of Nako
Perry Nakonechny (Nako) passed away at age 47 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Nako, a former Sioux Hockey Player, coached hockey at Grand Forks Red River High School and was also an educator in the school system for many years. He is remembered as a great teammate and even greater family man. Nako inspired many people, young and old. Through the Foundation, his legacy will live on and continue to impact area youth.
